My husband and I have been happily married 25+years, and together we have three children and three grandchidren.

My journey into Holistic living began about 25 years after I was diagnosed with Lupus and MS. As you can image , that diagnosis completely changed my life. At first, I followed everything my doctors told me to do, which meant 12 pills in the morning and 11 at night. Despite all of that, I wasn't getting better- in fact, I was feeling worse.

I knew something had to change, so I dove headfirst into holistic healing and never looked back.

Today, I am living life feeling better than I ever imagined possible. Through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supporting my body naturally, my Lupus and MS are well under control. I have seen first hand how working with your body synergistically through diet and whole body healing can truly change your life. I have been living this lifestyle for over 25 years however My goal is to help others feel seen and supported to empower them on their own wellness journey.
